It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that their advert is in compliance with the British Code of Advertising Practice. By placing an advert (by you) the advertiser or (agency) on behalf of an advertiser it is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that all necessary authority and permissions have been given in respect to the copy, font, artwork, photos and/or logos. ZURI Magazine Ltd reserves the right not to publish an advertisement.
The copyright of advertisements created by the advertiser or a third party remains with the advertiser. Where an advert (whether in whole or in part) has been created by ZURI Magazine Ltd a proof will be emailed to the advertiser prior to publishing. Additionally, the advert will be available for purchase but in the event that a client refuses to pay the advert will be discarded. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the information within the advert is correct prior to approving the draft of the advert. ZURI Magazine Ltd is not liable for any errors in an advertisement once the proof has been approved by the advertiser. Once the final layout of the advert has been agreed by the client and the ZURI Board, the client is permitted to use the advert in other publications on the basis that the ZURI name and logo appears on the advert.
By requesting an advert, you consent to ZURI Magazine Ltd holding and maintaining information on a database with regard to your business. This will not be shared with any third party.
On receipt of an invoice, payment for the requested advert (s) must be made in full prior to the publication date. ZURI Magazine Ltd reserves the right to charge for cancellation of advertisements when notice of cancellation is given after the production deadline.
ZURI Magazine Ltd as publisher excludes itself, its employees and subcontractors from: Will not be held liable for any loss or damage in regards to adverts submitted by the advertiser. The advertiser agrees to accept all responsibility for inaccuracy or omission once they have submitted the advert. Within the agreed print run, ZURI Magazine Ltd reserves the right to amend the distribution outlets for the magazine and/or dates of publication.
The copyright and all other rights in the material on this Web Site are owned by ZURI Magazine Ltd or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights.
